Processing Time:

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we typically require 1-3 business days to process your order for most items. This includes preparing your items, packaging them securely, and completing the necessary customs documentation.
  • Please note that the production time for stickers can take up to 14 business days due to their customized nature. However, we usually aim to complete sticker production within 7 business days.
  • Processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times:

We primarily use reliable international postal services and courier partners for shipping from Ukraine. The estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination country and the chosen shipping method. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may be subject to delays due to customs clearance, local postal service efficiency, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Standard International Shipping (Postal Service):

    • Europe: While the general estimate is 7-21 business days, please allow up to 45 business days for delivery. We typically see deliveries within around 14 business days for most European destinations.
    • North America: While the general estimate is 10-30 business days, please allow up to 45 business days for delivery. We typically see deliveries within around 14 business days for most North American destinations.
    • Australia & New Zealand: While the general estimate is 14-40 business days, please allow up to 45 business days for delivery. We typically see deliveries within around 14 business days for most destinations in this region.
    • Rest of the World: While the general estimate is 14-45 business days, please allow up to 45 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination country and the chosen shipping method. You will see the available shipping options and their respective costs at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.  
  • Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
  • Customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.  
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.  

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.  
  • We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once your order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • In the unlikely event that your package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution.  
  • Important: If your package arrives damaged, it is the recipient's responsibility to immediately file a claim directly with the postal carrier for reimbursement. Please ensure you document the damage with photos and retain all original packaging for the postal carrier's inspection. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping and requires the recipient to initiate the claims process with the shipping provider.
